Man in court charged with injuring pensioner with gun in Glasgow

A man has appeared in court after a pensioner was allegedly hurt by a firearm in Glasgow last month.

Arron Graham, 28, was charged following an incident outside an address in Crichton Street in Glasgow's Springburn on May 28.

A 78 year-old man was taken to hospital for treatment before being discharged.

Graham was in the dock for a private hearing at Glasgow Sheriff Court today.

He made no plea to a charge of aggravated assault, two firearms offences as well as another of reset.

Graham, of Clydebank, West Dunbartonshire, was remanded in custody and is expected to appear back in court next week.
