Two 12-year-olds charged after riding e-scooter the wrong way on Glasgow motorway slip road
Police took the children home and seized the e-scooter
Two 12-year-old boys have been charged with road traffic offences after being spotted riding an e-scooter the wrong way on the M8 slip road at Hillington.
The incident occurred on Tuesday, 29th September when officers on patrol saw the youths wearing balaclavas while riding the e-scooter.
Authorities stopped the youths, returned them home, and seized the e-scooter.
Additionally, one of the parents has been charged with offences under the Road Traffic Act.
