It's part of Operation Gristaline to capture those responsible for throwing flares.
Four people across Glasgow and Lanarkshire were arrested early this morning in connection with Celtic title celebrations which got out of hand back in May.
Officers started carrying out dawn raids earlier as part of a fresh plan to catch those who set off missiles and smoke bombs at the Trongate after their victory over Hearts.
They targeted addresses at Springburn, Govanhill, Blantyre, and Bothwell as part of a fresh plan to clamp down on the anti-social scenes called Operation Gristaline.
Four men – aged 30, 30, 25 and 21 – have been arrested and charged in connection with various offences including assault, culpable and reckless conduct, breach of the peace and fireworks offences.
The two 30-year-olds and the 21-year-old are due to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court on Thursday, 13 August, 2026. The 25-year-old is due to appear on Wednesday, 26 August, 2026.
A 25-year-old man was arrested and charged on 30 July, 2026 in connection with the disorder and will appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court at a later date.
