Police are appealing for witnesses

A 17 year old boy was hospitalised on Saturday night after a stabbing in Glasgow.

Police were called to Bridgeton’s Kerr Street around 10.25pm on 29 August, and the teenager was taken to hospital.

Detective Sergeant John Whitelaw said: “Our enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances of this incident.

“Despite the time of night, the area was busy with people who may have witnessed what happened.

“We are appealing to anyone who saw anything which may be able to assist our investigation to contact us. In addition, anyone who has footage on their mobile phone which may have captured incident is asked to get in touch.”
