Woman from east London killed in M25 crash

Three cars and a lorry collided close to junction 29 of the motorway last night

A 23-year-old woman from east London has died following a crash on the M25 motorway in Essex.

Emergency services were called to a collision involving three cars and a lorry close to junction 29 at 7.52pm last night (Friday 3rd April 2026).

Police officers responded along with the London Ambulance Service and London's Air Ambulance.

The woman was pronounced dead at the location.

The junction was closed until 5am this morning (Saturday 4th April 2026).

No other injuries were reported - and authorities are continuing their enquiries.

Police are asking anyone with information or dashcam footage to contact them on 101, quoting CAD 6459/4APR.
