Man arrested over serious assault in Elgin
A 55-year-old man is in a critical but stable condition in hospital
Police investigating a serious assault in Elgin town centre have made an arrest.
A 55-year-old man was found critically injured on Harrow Inn Close on Friday afternoon.
Detectives had been looking for a man on a mountain bike.
They have now confirmed a 28-year-old man has been arrested over the incident.
