People hospitalised after fire at Chinese restaurant in Grimoldby

Multiple people have been hospitalised following a fire at a Chinese restaurant in Grimoldby, Lincolnshire.
Emergency services were called out to Manby Middlegate at around 6.10 am this morning (18th February) to reports of a fire.
The people living at the property were taken to hospital, with some of their injuries described as serious.
The cause of the fire is currently unknown.
Chief Superintendent Philip Baker, Head of Local Policing, said: “Our teams will be working throughout the day to establish the cause of the fire; this may take some time.
"I’d ask people not to speculate as to what may have happened and to let our investigation determine the facts.
“We will update when we have further information to share.”
