Sammy Hagar has revealed the six big-name musicians he’s performing with at Black Sabbath’s Back to the Beginning concert at Villa Park on Saturday (5th July).

The Red Rocker is one of the ‘supergroup’ artists set to play at Black Sabbath and Ozzy Osbourne’s last-ever show, with the exact band configurations previously not officially announced.

Back in February, Sharon Osbourne let slip that The Smashing Pumpkins’ Billy Corgan will perform with his fellow Chicago natives Tom Morello, and Tool bassist Adam Jones as one of the supergroups.

Last night (3rd July), Van Halen and Montrose legend Sammy Hagar took to Facebook to share a photograph from rehearsals.

It features 77-year-old Hagar arm-in-arm with Extreme guitarist Nuno Bettencourt, Ozzy Osbourne and Black Sabbath keyboard wizard Adam Wakeman, Red Hot ChilI Peppers drummer Chad Smith, Living Colour guitarist Vernon Reid, Ozzy Osbourne, Quiet Riot and Whitesnake bassist Rudy Sarzo, and Rage Against the Machine guitarist Tom Morello.
