We’re ecstatic to announce that Iron Maiden’s legendary drummer Nicko McBrain is the very special guest at Planet Rockstock’s Curry Night this November!
Taking a detour from his sold-out UK spoken word tour in support of his hotly anticipated autobiography Hello Boys and Girls!, Nicko will be in conversation with Paul Anthony on the evening of Wednesday 25th November 2026 at our Trecco Bay weekender.
Released on hardback, ebook and audio formats on 22nd October 2026 via Harper Nonfiction, Hello Boys and Girls! sees Nicko look back on his life from his early stints with artists like Streetwalkers, Pat Travers and Trust to his fabled career with Iron Maiden.
It’s going to be a highly entertaining evening!

The Planet Rockstock Curry Night is available to both non-accommodation and accommodation 4-day ticketholders who have purchased a 5th night, and on a first come, first served basis.

The inaugural Planet Rockstock Curry Night took place at our 10th anniversary extravaganza in 2023 when Mick Box of Uriah Heep fame had a convivial chat with Paul Anthony after attendees imbibed their curries.
In 2024, Thunder’s Danny Bowes and Luke Morley guested at the Curry Night with host Mark Jeeves in what was Danny’s first public appearance in two-and-half years, and last year, Judas Priest founding guitarist K.K. Downing joined us.
This year’s Planet Rockstock Curry Night once again takes place at the restaurant at Trecco Bay on Wednesday 25th November.
Headlined by Ricky Warwick & The Fighting Hearts (Thursday), The Temperance Movement (Friday), Magnum (Saturday) and Geoff Tate (Sunday),the 13th Planet Rockstock takes place at Trecco Bay Holiday Park in Porthcawl, South Wales from Thursday 26th to Sunday 29th November 2026.
Other artists playing Planet Rockstock this year include Billy Sheehan’s new band The Fell, Blaze Bayley, Girlschool, King King, John Corabi and Friends, Alcatrazz, Raven, The Dead Collective, Jayler, Seven Sisters, Cassidy Paris, Häxan, Parker Barrow and Blue Nation.
