John Bush announces first-ever UK shows celebrating his Anthrax years
He plays three concerts
John Bush has announced a trio of UK shows for summer 2027 celebrating his years fronting Anthrax.
The 63-year-old Armored Saint vocalist had two tenures fronting Anthrax between 1992 to 2010, and he lent his powerhouse vocals to four studio albums – ‘Sound of White Noise’, ‘Stomp 442’, ‘Volume 8: The Threat Is Real’ and ‘We’ve Come for You All’ - plus ‘The Greater of Two Evils’, which featured re-records of early Anthrax material.
John Bush’s European Stomp Tour 27 marks the first time he’s brought his Anthrax show to the continent, and it includes shows at London Electric Ballroom, Manchester Academy 2 and Wolverhampton KK’s Steel Mill in August.
The setlist will include not only the well-known Anthrax anthems, but also some deeper cuts that haven't been performed live in years.
John comments: "Europa! I've come for you all!!! It is finally time to bring the John Bush sings the songs of Anthrax 1993-2003 show to the heavy metal continent and some of the best fans in the world.
“Looking forward to playing some awesome festivals and some headline shows as well. Cranking out songs from those four records. Wherever you are, come out, sing loud and let's do it!!"
Tickets go on sale now.
John Bush will also be coming to the UK in February 2027 when Armored Saint support Saxon on all 11 dates of the Gods of Thunder World Tour Part 1.
