Three teenagers deny rape charges in New Forest town
The defendants are accused of offences against two girls in Fordingbridge
Three teenage boys are to face trial after pleading not guilty in connection with the rape of two girls in two incidents in a New Forest town.
The defendants, who cannot be named because of their age, appeared at Southampton Crown Court in connection with the incidents in Fordingbridge, Hampshire.
Two of the boys, both aged 15, have pleaded not guilty to four charges of rape against one complainant on November 26 2024.
One of these defendants also denied five counts of making indecent photographs of a child.
Both 15-year-olds also pleaded not guilty to two charges of rape against a second complainant on January 17 2025.
One of these defendants and the third boy, aged 14, pleaded not guilty to two further counts of rape against the second complainant on the same date in January.
Judge Nicholas Rowland adjourned the case for trial to start on January 26 and released the three youths on bail until that date.
