The boxer has released a fresh statement

It may have been a couple of weeks since THAT dramatic final of I'm A Celeb: South Africa, but it seems the fall out between the camp mates and the show is still very much ongoing.
After winner Adam Thomas broke down on his podcast about the way he was treated in camp by co-star David Haye, rumours have been rife that David plans to sue ITV, and now he's finally spoken on the matter.
Taking to his Instagram page to release a statement, David captioned the video with: 'Letās get ready to rumble!! š„š¤ š„ David Haye v ITV š„'. (sic)
Appearing wearing his sunglasses. David then told his followers: āSo, Iāve been inundated from press, media wanting some type of statement in regards to the legal situation with ITV and this defamation case. Yes, the answerās yes, I am.
āIām not sure if you know me that well, but those who do know that I donāt like getting pushed around. I donāt like people taking advantage. Iāve had stuff happen in the past, Iāve let certain stuff go and as Iāve got older Iām like, nah, thatās taking the p-ss. So Iām gonna take it as far as it needs to go.
āAnd when something happens that you think, youāre taking the p-ss here mate and theyāre a big powerful multi-billion pound corporation, f--k me, it fires me up.ā
He then added: āItās quite a nice thought, going up against something and someone and an organisation so powerful, where everyone sh--s themselves. Everyone tiptoes around them because theyāre so powerful. They can shut you out of the system, they can do this, they can do that.
āMate, honestly you donāt know me, you really donāt get me if you donāt think I will go at them guns blazing.ā
Not stopping there, David then went on: āYeah theyāre bigger than me. Theyāve got a thousand times more dough than Iāve got. And what?
āWhen youāre right and the decision comes down to a judge, I donāt think thereās a judge in the world, once the tapes have been viewed⦠Once the evidence has been presented, and once they see what the public see, theyāll realise this is reality TV man, itās not real.
āIt may have been manipulated heavily, directed in a certain narrative for a specific reason. And Iām looking forward to a judge seeing exactly what went down and they can make their decision. And Iām looking forward to it.ā

With reports in the media suggesting David is going to sue the company for £10 million, he was quick to dismiss these claims, stating it's going to be 'way more'.
He added: āThereās a lot of different elements I canāt talk about. But in regards to how much this claim is going to be. Iām hearing this Ā£10 million number bandied around, I donāt know where it came from, because the number Iām gonna hit them with is way more than that trust me.
āSo exciting times. Iām fired up. Iām looking forward to getting back in there with Goliath once again. The truth shall set you free. And thatās all it is. I donāt want any favours. I donāt want anything other than the truth because the truth is the truth. And anyone who isnāt biased and anyone who isnāt on the payrollā¦"
ITV are yet to publicly respond to David's recent social media comments.
Despite the series being pre-recorded, the final of I'm A Celeb: South Africa aired live in London on Friday 24th April, with Adam Thomas, Sir Mo Farah, Harry Redknapp and Craig Charles all up for the prize of 'Legend'.
Although Adam was crowned the winner, the final was overshadowed by drama in the studio between camp mates, including Adam, Jimmy and David, as well as hosts Ant and Dec.
The fall out from the final has continued on social media in recent weeks.
