We’re making some changes to Rayo Premium
Here’s what you need to know
We’re making some changes to our Rayo Premium service, which allows users to skip ad breaks on their favourite radio shows and access exclusive stations. This previously included the ability to skip up to six tracks per hour on the Rayo app, however due to ongoing technical challenges and wanting to ensure the Premium experience is the best it can be, we’ve decided to remove skip from the Premium service from the 25th March 2025.
Why are you making this change?
As we mentioned, we’re committed to giving our Premium subscribers the best experience possible and the skip feature didn’t meet the expectations we set for this product. The great news is that all the other benefits you get with Premium, including ad-break free listening and more than 80 exclusive stations, are here to stay. We’re constantly reviewing and updating the Premium experience, so you can expect many more exciting things to come.
Will you be replacing the feature with anything else?
Our team of expert content creators are busy working on the launch of more benefits including brand new ad-break free stations, shows and playlists. We''ll bring the news as soon as we can!
I want to sign up to Premium, how do I do that?
