Shona McGarty teases collab with I'm a Celeb campmate Aitch

Shona McGarty has shut down rumours of a potential relationship with I'm a Celeb campmate Aitch, calling him her "little brother". In an exclusive interview with KISS, the EastEnders star told Tyler West: "We were just like best mates in there".

But despite dashing all our hopes of a new jungle couple, Shona DID excite listeners with talk of a collab. Telling Tyler that the 'My G' rapper is up for it, Shona revealed: "Obviously I'm not going to say no... It's Aitch!"

Tyler suggested the pair bring out a mixtape and call it 'Phone Box x2', after the pair famously used the buttons in the I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here iconic red phone box to create a tune during their 2025 stint.

The question that's been on everyone's lips since Shona and Aitch finished third and fourth place earlier this month, was whether there's a potential relationship on the cards for the pair. It's after they were seen getting pretty close in the jungle.

But Shona was surprised by the nation's take on their friendship, telling Tyler: "Honestly when I came out the jungle, my sister was like 'you're not going to believe what everyone's saying, you and Aitch are a thing'. I was like WHAT?! He's like 25, of whatever it is.

"But yeah, we were just best mates in there."

Shona did reveal the rapper, who released his latest album '4' earlier this year, WOULD be coming to her Christmas party though. Aww! 🎄

With Christmas on the horizon it's all about Chrizzmas at KISS, and with that in mind, Tyler wanted to know all about Shona's rules for dating over the festive period. When Tyler asked if it was OK to confess your feelings to your crush, she said yes!

She explained: "I think you should just be honest. I think life is too short, I mean, I'm too short. I mean, I'm 5'2. So I think you should just go for it. If you fancy someone, just be like, do you know what? ‘I think you're all right.’

"What's the worst that could happen? They say ‘no’. Fine."

As well as coming third in I'm a Celeb, the actress is known for her role of Whitney in EastEnders, and Tyler asked her if fans ever call her by her character's name, explaining it often happens to his fiancé Molly Rainford, who plays Anna Knight in the soap.

Shona admitted they often do, explaining: "I came to terms with it quite early on, especially when people shout it like ‘’Ricky’!

"They're like, ‘Whitney!’ And you have to turn around and go, ‘Hello’." 😂
