With 13 series of the main show and three All Stars series, it's safe to say there's been a LOT of couples created thanks to ITV2 dating show Love Island!
Whilst the success rate of the show isn't exactly 100%, certain couples did form deep and meaningful relationships, with many going on to get married and have babies!
Which Love Island couples are married?
When did Cara de la Hoyde and Nathan Massey get married?
After appearing on series two of Love Island way back in 2016, winners Cara de la Hoyde and Nathan Massey actually briefly split in early 2017, when Cara was pregnant with the couple's first child.
However, weeks before his birth, the couple announced they were back together, and they've not looked back since! After Cara gave birth to their son Freddie in December 2017, the couple went on to get married on 28th June 2019 at Preston Court in Kent.
In August 2020, the happy couple then welcomed their second child, a baby girl called Delilah.
When did Olivia Buckland and Alex Bowen get married?
Another success story from series two of Love Island was Olivia Buckland and Alex Bowen!
Two years after leaving the villa as runners-up behind Cara de la Hoyde and Nathan Massey, the pair got married in front of guests at Gosfield Hall in Essex on 15th September 2018.
In June 2022, Olivia and Alex became parents for the first time, with Olivia giving birth to a baby boy called Abel. The couple then extended their family in August 2025, with the pair welcoming a baby girl called Siena Grace.
Fans of the couple were thrilled in 2025, when Olivia and Alex landed their own ITV2 show called Olivia & Alex: Parenthood.
When did Jess Shears and Dom Lever get married?
After witnessing Jess Shears and Dom Lever during the third series of Love Island in 2017, it's safe to say most fans of the show didn't have high hopes for the two back in the real world.
However, Jess and Dom were keen to prove their doubters wrong, and that's certainly what they did, going on to get married at Villa Alegria in Mykonos, Greece in October 2018.
One year after their wedding, Jess and Dom announced in October 2019 that they'd welcomed their first child into the world, a baby boy, before expanding their family with another son in March 2022.
When did Camilla Thurlow and Jamie Jewitt get married?
Series three also saw the birth of super couple Camilla Thurlow and Jamie Jewitt, who were fan favourites from the moment they coupled up in the villa. Despite losing out to series three winners Kem Cetinay and Amber Davies, Camilla and Jamie lasted the distance, going on to get married and welcome children!
Four years after appearing on Love Island, Camilla and Jamie got married in front of their closest family and friends at Gosfield Hall in Essex in September 2021.
Following their marriage, Camilla and Jamie went on to have three children together, daughters Nell and Nora, and son Brodie.
When did Sanam Harrinanan and Kai Fagan get married?
Sanam Harrinanan and Kai Fagan from the second Winter series of Love Island are often hailed as the most 'down-to-earth' couple to ever appear on the show.
After Sanam made history by becoming the first ever Casa Amor contestant to win the show, the pair headed back to the UK to start their lives, with both Sanam and Kai going back to their day jobs.
Not long after, the couple moved in together and welcomed an adorable dog, before Kai proposed to Sanam in April 2024.
Sanam and Kai then got married at High House in Essex, with the pair sharing their special day with their closest family and friends.
When did Lucie Donlan and Luke Mabbott get married?
Although Lucie Donlan and Luke Mabbott appeared on different series of Love Island (Lucie in 2019 and Luke in 2020), the pair managed to find each other outside of the villa and struck up a loving relationship.
Two years after they started dating, Luke proposed to Lucie during a romantic holiday to Finland, and five years later in 2026, the pair got married at Nancarrow Farm near Truro.
The pair shared photos from their big day on Instagram, alongside the caption: 'Best day of our lives…🤍'. (sic)
When did Molly Smith and Tom Clare get married?
Molly Smith appeared on series six of Love Island in 2020, leaving the show with Manchester lad Callum Jones. Meanwhile, semi-professional footballer Tom Clare took part in the show during series nine in 2024, leaving alongside Samie Elishi.
After Molly split from Callum and Tom split from Samie, the pair both appeared on the first ever series of Love Island: All Stars in 2024, going on to win the show.
Proving the show was worth it, Molly and Tom found love and quickly moved in together after leaving the villa, before buying their own house together in Manchester.
After Tom proposed to Molly during the pair's holiday to Dubai in 2025, they went on to get married at a stunning courthouse in July 2026, with Molly sharing photos of the pair's nuptials on Instagram.

There's also a few more Love Island wedding set to happen in the coming years, with Molly-Mae Hague and Tommy Fury, Uma Jammeh and Wil Anderson, and Jessie Wynter and Will Young all engaged to be married.
