Serving police officer charged with sexual assault
The 31 year old officer is due to appear in court today

A serving officer from Devon and Cornwall Police is to appear at Exeter Magistrates’ Court today, 13 September.
PC James Stillman, aged 31 from Bideford, has been charged with sexual assault on a female and two counts of misconduct in public office.
PC Stillman has been suspended from duty following his arrest this week.
