Two men appear in court accused of Inverness murder

The family of Arturs Juskins say he will be "greatly missed"

Two men have now appeared at Inverness Sheriff Court charged with murder.

Emergency services were called out to Balloan Road on Friday at around 8.25am.

Three men were found injured, one of them was pronounced dead upon arrival at hospital.

He has been named as 42-year-old Arturs Juskins.

In a statement released through Police Scotland, his family said he will be "greatly missed."

They said: "Arturs was a much-loved son, father and partner who will be greatly missed.”

38-year-old David Wallace, from Inverness, made no plea earlier today when he appeared in private.

21-year-old Lyall Wallace, also from Inverness, made the same plea when he appeared at Inverness Sheriff Court yesterday.

Both men have been remanded in custody.
