Nadia Sawalha denies 'giving away' Stacey Solomon's baby name
Fans were convinced she had slipped up!
As Stacey Solomon's due date for her fourth child draws closer, her sister Jemma organised a lovely little baby shower over the weekend, with Stacey's closest family and friends all in attendance at the event held at her home Pickle Cottage.
Fans were overjoyed as Stacey documented her baby shower on her Instagram page, but it was Loose Women star Nadia Sawalha that set the internet alight with her post.
Sharing a number of photos from the big day to her own Instagram page, Nadia wrote: 'What a beautiful afternoon spent with a truly beautiful family. We are all so excited for you and can’t wait to meet your new pickle-Lilly. Love you Stace and Joe'. (sic)
After complaints from fans that Nadia had 'given away' Stacey and Joe's baby name, the 56-year-old edited her caption, adding: '(This is my playful nickname for baba and NOT a name drop !!)' (sic)
Stacey, who revealed she was expecting a baby girl with her fiancé Joe Swash back in July, shared her own photos from the beautiful day, thanking her sister in the process.
The former X Factor star wrote: '🌷Baby Shower🌷Feeling so overwhelmed and emotional… 🥺 What a beautiful day 😭 My sister arranged a baby shower for me and our little girl and it was so special. I love you Jem Jem to the moon and back. I can’t believe she’s nearly here 🥺 So grateful for everything. And thank you Sun for shinning today'. (sic)
Stacey and Joe's showbiz friends were quick to comment. Alexandra Burke wrote: 'Stunning you two 😍', with Jake Quickenden adding: 'Awww beautiful you 2'.
Former Gogglebox star Scarlett Moffatt then wrote: 'You look like Rapunzel 😍😍', with TOWIE's Georgia Kousoulou commenting: '😭😭😭😭 beautiful ❤️❤️'.
