Kai Widdrington joins Magic Radio: All you need to know
From dancer to DJ!
Having revealed his love for us when he visited Gok & Harriet on Magic Radio Breakfast with his Strictly Come Dancing partner Vicky Pattinson earlier this year, Kai Widdrington’s Christmas dreams are coming true with his own Christmas special on Magic Radio on 21 and 24 December.
Over the two shows Kai shares a selection of his festive favourites, songs that he’s danced too in the ballroom, as well as the music that means the most to him. Expect tunes from Elton John, Wham, Spice Girls and The Pogues with Kirsty MacColl.
Kai said: ‘I’m thrilled to be sharing my music loves with Magic Radio listeners this Christmas! I’ve been a massive fan of Magic for ages - it’s the station I put on when I need good vibes, good music, and that bit of sparkle. Honestly, this is a dream come true for me, especially at Christmas - my favourite time of year. I love everything about it: the lights, the songs, the whole warm-fuzzy feeling of it all. So getting to share that Christmas magic with listeners feels like a real treat. I can’t wait.’
