How to listen to Katherine Ryan’s podcast What’s My Age Again? season 4
Louis Theroux, Vicky Pattison, Phil Wang and more celebrities find out their ‘real’ age
Last updated 29th Sep 2026
Katherine Ryan’s hit podcast ‘What’s My Age Again’ – the only podcast that takes your blood to find out your biological age – is back for season two!
The comedian and television personality is once again taking a forensic look into her celebrity guests' lifestyle, relationships, medical history, mental health and anti-ageing rituals (or lack of) before revealing how all this has affected their biological age, and how it compares to the number on their birth certificate.
Louis Theroux, Nish Kumar, Lucy Beaumont, Spencer Matthews, Phil Wang, Vicky Pattison, Giovanna Fletcher and more are some of the new famous faces taking the test this season. Some of our favourite moments from previous seasons have including Katie Price, Vogue Williams, GK Barry and Adam Buxton.
The first episode with Louis Theroux is out now. Listen on Rayo, Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Amazon Music or wherever you get your podcasts.
