Fire crews have been tackling a huge blaze in Blackpool overnight with a number of businesses affected.
Emergency services were called to premises on Waterloo Road at 11.30pm last night (6 February) with 15 fire crews in attendance.
In a statement, Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service said multiple road closures were put in place as crews tackled the blaze.
People living nearby were also urged to avoid the area, and keep windows and doors closed.
A number of appliances remained at the scene on Saturday morning.
The fire has affected a number of commercial buildings including Smart Mart and children's play centre Smart Play.
In a video posted on Facebook, the owner of Smart Mart said: "It was Smart Mart that was on fire, the gaff's in bits.
"More importantly, no-one's been hurt, everyone was evacuated."
Neighbouring businesses Smart Play Blackpool said in a post on their Facebook: "We are absolutely devastated to share that there has been a fire at the play area.
"At this time, the building and play area have been completely destroyed. We are still waiting for further information and working closely with the relevant services to understand what has happened.
"This place was built with so much love, hard work, and dedication, and we are truly heartbroken."
