About David Prever

Starting out in commercial radio in Northampton back in 1984, David went on to broadcast in Bath and Bristol, then five years at Metro Radio in Newcastle, before landing at Jazz FM, and the weekday breakfast show. He was a launch presenter on Heart 106.2's in London, winning Sony Gold for the Morning Crew breakfast show, took over Magic 105.4's Drivetime, and later the afternoon slot on the relaunched LBC 97.3, with further stops at TalkSPORT, Smooth Radio and BBC Local Radio, most recently a decade fronting BBC Radio Oxford's breakfast programme.

Along the way he created the UK's first Downing Street podcasts, published a thriller, The Blood Banker, and produced podcasts including Legends of News with Dermot Murnaghan, and The Dr Hilary Show.
