Exeter residents warned of large fire involving electrical sub station

Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue services are warning people to keep windows and doors closed as a result of a large ongoing fire.

A large fire in Exeter, involving an electrical sub station, has been reported by Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue services around 7am this morning.

This locates just off Fore Street, where lots of smoke is being caused in the surrounding areas.

Six fire engines are currently located at the scene.

Rescue services are urging close residents to keep windows and doors closed due to the heavy smoke.
