Investigation underway into deaths of two women near Southampton

An investigation has started into the deaths of two women near Southampton.
Their bodies were found at a home in the village of Warsash on Friday 7th November 2025.
There's an increased police presence in the area as enquiries continue.
A Hampshire Police spokesperson said:
"We were called shortly after 12:23pm today (Friday 7 November) to an address on Church Road, Warsash, following a concern for welfare.
"Officers attended and a woman in her 80s and a woman in her 70s were found dead.
"An investigation is underway to establish the exact circumstances of their deaths.
"There will continue to be an increased police presence in the area whilst officers carry out enquiries.
"If anyone has any concerns please speak to a uniformed officer."
