Baby among three hurt in Greater Manchester dog attack

A baby is among three people who have been rushed to hospital following reports of a dangerous dog attack in Tameside.

Police closed off parts of Baslow Road in Denton at around 18:00BST on Thursday (29 May), following reports of several people being injured.

An air ambulance landed close to the scene.

Greater Manchester Police confirmed a one-year-old child and two adults were taken to hospital following the incident.

It is understood the dog has been seized.

The force hasn't confirmed which breed is suspected to be involved in the attack.
