KISS x Billie Eilish Premiere On-Air Giveaway Terms and Conditions

TERMS AND CONDITIONS for KISS x Billie Eilish Premiere Giveaway (the “Competition”).

These terms and conditions (the “Specific Terms”) for the Competition should be read alongside our general competition terms and conditions at: http://www.bauerlegal.co.uk/radio-competition-terms.html (the “General Terms”) which will also apply to this Competition. Where there is any conflict between these Specific Terms and the General Terms, the Specific Terms shall prevail.

THE ON AIR COMPETITION AND HOW TO WIN

1. Entry ROUTES and Costs

Entry to the Competition is available via the following routes:

(A) Via WhatsApp. Entrants will send a WhatsApp message to 03448 11 22 33

Some mobile phone plans may charge for data whilst using WhatsApp.

Standard network/data charges may apply.

Entries are restricted to one per person per round.

2. COMPETITION MECHANIC AND HOW TO WIN

Competition Period:

There will be one (1) winner. The competition will take place on Friday 24th April 2026 during KISS Breakfast with Jordan Lee & Chloe (the “Competition Period”)

Entry opens when prompted on-air and closes approximately 10 minutes after the cue is given, during the KISS Breakfast Show between 06:00-10:00, winning the prizes described in section 5.0 “The Prize”.

Mechanic

Listeners must listen for Billie Eilish lyrics whispered on-air by the presenter.

To enter, listeners must send a WhatsApp message with the correct song title to 03448 11 22 33 within the entry window.

Multiple entries may be permitted, but standard messaging rates may apply.

After lines close, one entrant who has submitted the correct answer will be selected at random.

The selected entrant will be contacted by phone by the production team.

The entrant must:

Answer the call when first contacted, and

Be available to go on-air immediately.

If the entrant:

Does not answer, or

Is unavailable to go on-air,

the promoter reserves the right to select another entrant at random from all correct entries. This process will repeat until a valid winner is secured. Once on-air, the selected entrant must correctly state the song title to be confirmed as the winner.

The promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw the competition at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

The Competition round will air during KISS Breakfast Show with Jordan Lee and Chloe Burrows on KISS on Friday 24th April 2026 between 08:00am - 10:00am.

The KISS Breakfast production team reserves the right to pre-record any part of this Competition with contestants before the 'as-live' broadcast.

Speaking to the KISS Production team does not guarantee you will be invited to play the game or win the prize. All final decisions will rest with the KISS Breakfast Production team.

3. ENTRY PERIOD

WhatsApp line to enter will open at specific times within the following entry periods:

The competition will take place on Friday 24th April 2026 during KISS Breakfast with Jordan Lee & Chloe (the “Competition Period”)

Entries received outside of these times will be invalid.

Winner Announcement. The name of the shortlisted entrants and winner may be announced during the live period, on-air, on KISS.

4. ENTRY RESTRICTIONS

Open to UK residents aged 18 years or over on date of entry.

Our employees (and their family members) or employees of any company involved in the Competition, including any Prize Provider, are not permitted to enter.

We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant or winner who does not comply with any of the eligibility criteria and/or is in breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to repeat the Competition mechanic or any stage of it in order to draw a winner that fulfils all of the eligibility criteria and is in compliance with these Terms.

Anyone who has won a Bauer Competition to the value of £500 or more within the past 6 months on any Bauer Radio Brand, will not be eligible to take part in this Competition nor will anyone else at their address. If by any chance they get through to the phone lines – any prize they have been successful with will not be awarded. 5. THE PRIZE

There will be 1 (one) winner per day of the Competition throughout the Competition Period (the entry period).

One (1) winner will win the following prize (the “Prize”)  

Prize package for 2 people includes:

2 x Premiere Tickets to Billie Eilish Hit Me Hard And Soft London Premiere (Leicester Square, London, April 28th)

Travel allowance of £75 per person

1 night’s 4-star hotel accommodation in London, based on sharing a double occupancy room with breakfast (check in on 28th April, check out 29th April)

By entering and winning, you agree that your contact details may be shared with Paramount for the sole purpose of administering and fulfilling your prize, including arranging your tickets to the premiere.

The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

The prize package is for two (2) people, all of whom must be available to travel on the 28 to 29 April 2026, no other dates will be offered; At least 1 person travelling must be over the age of 18; where any travellers are aged under 18, they must have prior parental or guardian permission; Travel expenses are included up to the total value of £75 per person, which can be spent on petrol/parking or travel by public transport; Accommodation is based on two (2) adults sharing one (1) double occupancy room, in London; Check in on the 28 April and check out on the 29 April 2026; Accommodation will be selected by prize provider at their sole discretion; A valid credit or debit card for incidentals may be required to guarantee your room on check in and therefore at least one of the travellers must possess and travel with a valid credit or debit card; The prize excludes any additional travel costs, meals and drinks, hotel incidentals, excursions, attractions, treatments, personal expenses and anything not expressly stated in the prize package; Once booked, the prize cannot be amended or cancelled; Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable; no cash alternative is available; All cash allowances listed will be sent via bank transfer to the winner’s nominated account, recipient of funds must be aged 18 years or older; Bank transfers may take up to 5 working days to reach the winner’s nominated account; If the winner elects not to, or is unable to, use part of the prize, the winner will forfeit that part of the prize package; The Prize Provider is Element London Ltd. OTHER CONDITIONS

DATA PROTECTION.

Names, email addresses, and /or telephone numbers (which, for all SMS competitions, will be shared with our SMS provider) will be collected and used to process entries. Winner’s details may be given to a Prize Provider to arrange delivery of the prize. Your details may remain stored after the End Date but will not be used for marketing unless you have ticked an opt-in box on entry. For SMS entries you automatically consent to receive marketing. You may opt out at any time by texting the word STOP to the relevant text shortcode number. If you have opted in to receive marketing communications, then your details will be used in accordance with the information given when you ticked the opt-in box and gave your consent. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND CONSENTS.

By entering this Competition, you are consenting to our use of your entry both to publicise this Competition, our radio station or any other radio station which we own or control. This means that we may use all names, images, descriptions, photographs video footage, and other information, which you have submitted on entry, in any media, without paying you any remuneration therefore and without any time restriction. You also agree that we may film, record or photograph you in connection with the Competition and /or the Prize if applicable. We will own these films, recordings or photographs and we may use them publicly, including on the internet, for our radio broadcasts and/or for any promotional purposes. You will also have waived any moral rights or right to payment that you may have had.

MISCELLANEOUS.

Entries which do not comply with these Terms or the General Competition Terms and Conditions will not be accepted and any entries may be disqualified if we have any reason to suspect that there is a breach of, or non-compliance with, these Terms.

Where a competition mechanic involves the answering of questions, the correct answers to questions must match our answers to win (or be sufficiently close in our sole reasonable opinion) to be acceptable. In the event of any dispute about any answers given and whether they are correct, we reserve the right to amend what we deem a correct answer, however we are not obliged to, and our decision in either case is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

We are not responsible if you fail to get through when you call / text to enter, or if you lose signal during a call.

You are responsible for all costs of entry and where necessary, obtaining the bill payer’s permission. Please refer to your tariff with your network provider for information about charges you may incur for entry into our competitions via any SMS or phone call entry route.

We accept no liability for network, technical or signal errors, issues or failures experienced by entrants when entering the Competition or at any stage during the mechanic of the Competition.

Whilst on-air, you must not make any inappropriate, profane, indecent, harmful or offensive statements. If you do so we reserve the right to take you off-air immediately and disqualify you from the Competition. You may be also disqualified from the Competition at any time if you are incomprehensible, inaudible or if you appear to be driving, intoxicated or likely to offend listeners. Any prize already won may be withdrawn and re-awarded to another entrant.

As far as it is lawful to do so we exclude our liability for any losses suffered in connection with the Competition or any element of the Prize.

We may cancel, end or suspend the Competition where we are required to do so in circumstances outside our control. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any stage during the Competition if such amendment is necessary to facilitate the administration of the Competition.
