TERMS AND CONDITIONS for Win tickets to The BRIT Awards with Mastercard at The Co-Op Live on Saturday 28th February with KISS’ (the “Competition”).
These terms and conditions (the “Specific Terms”) for the Competition should be read alongside our general competition terms and conditions at: http://www.bauerlegal.co.uk/radio-competition-terms.html (the “General Terms”) which will also apply to this Competition.
Where there is any conflict between these Specific Terms and the General Terms, the Specific Terms shall prevail.
THE ON AIR COMPETITION AND HOW TO WIN
1. Entry Routes and Costs
Entry to the Competition is available via the following routes:
(A) Via WhatsApp on 03330 916 974.
Entries are restricted to one per person.
2. COMPETITION MECHANIC AND HOW TO WIN
Phase 1
There will be 5 winners (in total) of the competition from Monday 23rd – Friday 27th February, during the breakfast show 06:00am-10:00am, winning the prize as described in 5.0 The Prize.
2.1 Submitting Entries
Entrants must submit a voice note to our dedicated WhatsApp line (03330 916 974), telling us what role they'll play on the night out as part of our BRITs squad, and sharing a story to prove why they’ll be good at that role.
The entry period for each day will only be open daily on weekdays 09:00am – 19:00pm, from Friday 20th – Thursday 26th February.
It will not be open on Saturday 21st or Sunday 22nd February.
Entries received before or after this time will not count or be considered.
Entrants must provide their own story and name, keeping any other people involved in the story anonymous. Stories should be light-hearted and humorous, as further described below.
In the event of a WhatsApp outage affecting UK users, winner(s) will be selected from entries already during the qualifying window.
2.2 Shortlisting
Bauer Media’s production team will select a shortlist of up to 5 entries daily (minimum of 1, maximum of 5) between 06:00am - 09:00am, from all valid entries submitted via the WhatsApp number provided during the most recent entry window (line is open 09:00am – 19:00pm).
Valid entries will be judged on the following criteria:
We’re looking for the funniest, most entertaining and unexpected stories that stand out on air. KISS brand filter will be applied to all stories.
It must be a personal story. No second-hand or made-up stories are allowed.
Entries must be suitable for broadcast, with no offensive, discriminatory or explicit content.
No names are to be used. The station reserves the right to edit entries for playout on air.
The station reserves the right to change the entrants name and other details in the voicenote.
The station also reserves the right to distort the audio.
Entries should be concise (guidance is to aim for under 1 minute).
Entries from each day will roll over to the next day, if they are not selected as a winner for that day. They can continue to roll over to other days as such.
The same pool of entries will be used throughout the entry period (with the entry periods opening and closing as detailed below), meaning that an entrant’s chances of winning may decrease throughout the entry period, as entry numbers increase.
Shortlisting will occur as follows:

Tuesday 24th February lines open 09:00am – 19:00pm, shortlisting on Wednesday 25th February between 06:00am - 09:00am, for winner on Wednesday 25th February Breakfast Show
Wednesday 25th February lines open 09:00am – 19:00pm, shortlisting on Thursday 26th February between 06:00am - 09:00am, for winner on Thursday 26th February Breakfast Show
Thursday 26th February lines open 09:00am – 19:00pm, shortlisting on Friday 27th February between 06:00am - 09:00am, for winner on Friday 27th February Breakfast Show
After shortlisting has occurred each day, KISS programming will then contact the winners by phone, on the number that submitted the WhatsApp entry.
The entrant may be asked to also come on air and discuss their story with Tyler and Chloe.
If the entrant does not pick up when called, their voice note will still be played out on air and will be considered a winner.
2.3 The Competition
1x winner per day will be announced, as follows:
Monday 23rd February Breakfast Show (09:00am - 10:00am)
Tuesday 24th February Breakfast Show (09:00am - 10:00am)
Wednesday 25th February Breakfast Show (09:00am - 10:00am)
Thursday 26th February Breakfast Show (09:00am - 10:00am)
Friday 27th February Breakfast Show (09:00am - 10:00am)
The Competition rounds will air during KISS Breakfast with Tyler and Chloe on KISS daily from Monday 23rd February - Friday 27th February 2025 between 09:00am - 10:00am.
The competition rounds may just consist of playing out the submitted voice note entry on air. But they also may consist of bringing callers to air. However, just playing of the voice note is sufficient to win.
They will then be rewarded with the prize. (See section 5 “The Prize, Phase 1”)
3. ENTRY PERIOD
Via voice note sent to WhatsApp on 03330 916 974 from:
- 20/02/2025 - 09:00am (“Start Time”) to 20/10/2025 19:00pm (“End Time”)
- 23/02/2025 - 09:00am (“Start Time”) to 23/10/2025 19:00pm (“End Time”)
- 24/02/2025 - 09:00am (“Start Time”) to 24/10/2025 19:00pm (“End Time”)
- 25/02/2025 - 09:00am (“Start Time”) to 25/10/2025 19:00pm (“End Time”)
- 26/02/2025 - 09:00am (“Start Time”) to 26/10/2025 19:00pm (“End Time”)
Entries received before the Start Time or after the End Time will be invalid.
Winner Announcement: The name of the winners may be announced during the live period, on-air, on KISS.
4. ENTRY RESTRICTIONS
Open to UK residents aged 18 years or over on date of entry.
Our employees (and their family members) or employees of any company involved in the Competition, including any Prize Provider, are not permitted to enter.
We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant or winner who does not comply with any of the eligibility criteria and/or is in breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to repeat the competition mechanic or any stage of it in order to draw a winner that fulfils all of the eligibility criteria and is in compliance with these Terms.
Anyone who has won a Bauer competition to the value of £500 or more within the past 6 months on any Bauer Radio Brand, will not be eligible to take part in this competition nor will anyone else at their address. If by any chance they get through to the phone lines – any prize they have been successful with will not be awarded. 5. THE PRIZE
There will be 5x winners (in total) each winner will receive the below prize at the following venue/date:
5x tickets (in total) show only general admission tickets to The BRIT Awards with Mastercard at The Co-Op Live, Manchester on Saturday 28th February 2026.
There is no travel or accommodation included in this prize.
You must adhere to the event/venue terms and conditions as listed on their websites.
AGE RESTRICTION
No one under the age of 13 will be admitted to the Event, and people between the ages of 13 and 17 years will only be admitted to the Event with an accompanying adult. Proof of age may be requested.
BRIT AWARDS LTD WOULD LIKE TO REMIND ALL GUESTS ATTENDING THE EVENT THAT:
Strobe lighting, smoke and confetti will be in use throughout the Show.
By being present at this event, you consent to being filmed and or recorded. You also agree not to assert any moral (or similar) rights and give all necessary consents under the Copyright Designs and Patents Act 1988 in respect of the film and or recordings.
BRIT Awards Ltd is entitled to make full use of the film and or recordings in all current and future media world-wide without any liability or payment to you.
BRIT Awards Ltd accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to any person or any property (including without limitation, any loss of the Show tickets). Nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit BRIT Awards Ltd’s liability for: (i) death or personal injury arising out of negligence; (ii) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (iii) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

Prizes are provided and managed by our partners.
We are not responsible for any aspect of the Prize, including unsatisfactory quality or late delivery or a prize winner being unable to take up any aspect, or the entirety of the prize due to their own circumstances or restrictions.
Prizes/tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable, and there is no cash alternative.
A member of the production team will contact the winner when the competition closes.
OTHER CONDITIONS
DATA PROTECTION
Names, email addresses, and /or telephone numbers (which, for all SMS competitions, will be shared with our SMS provider) will be collected and used to process entries. Winner’s details may be given to a Prize Provider to arrange delivery of the prize.
Your details may remain stored after the End Date but will not be used for marketing unless you have ticked an opt-in box on entry. For SMS entries you automatically consent to receive marketing.
You may opt out at any time by texting the word 'STOP' to the relevant text shortcode number. If you have opted in to receive marketing communications, then your details will be used in accordance with the information given when you ticked the opt-in box and gave your consent. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND CONSENTS
By entering this Competition, you are consenting to our use of your entry both to publicise this Competition, our radio station or any other radio station which we own or control. This means that we may use all names, images, descriptions, photographs video footage, and other information, which you have submitted on entry, in any media, without paying you any remuneration therefore and without any time restriction. You also agree that we may film, record or photograph you in connection with the competition and /or the Prize if applicable. We will own these films, recordings or photographs and we may use them publicly, including on the internet, for our radio broadcasts and/or for any promotional purposes. You will also have waived any moral rights or right to payment that you may have had.
MISCELLANEOUS
Entries which do not comply with these Terms or the General Competition Terms and Conditions will not be accepted and any entries may be disqualified if we have any reason to suspect that there is a breach of, or non-compliance with, these Terms.
Where a competition mechanic involves the answering of questions, the correct answers to questions must match our answers to win (or be sufficiently close in our sole reasonable opinion) to be acceptable. In the event of any dispute about any answers given and whether they are correct, we reserve the right to amend what we deem a correct answer, however we are not obliged to, and our decision in either case is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
We are not responsible if you fail to get through when you call / text to enter, or if you lose signal during a call.
You are responsible for all costs of entry and where necessary, obtaining the bill payer’s permission.
Please refer to your tariff with your network provider for information about charges you may incur for entry into our competitions via any SMS or phone call entry route.
We accept no liability for network, technical or signal errors, issues or failures experienced by entrants when entering the competition or at any stage during the mechanic of the competition.
Whilst on-air, you must not make any inappropriate, profane, indecent, harmful or offensive statements. If you do so we reserve the right to take you off-air immediately and disqualify you from the competition.
You may be also disqualified from the competition at any time if you are incomprehensible, inaudible or if you appear to be driving, intoxicated or likely to offend listeners. Any prize already won may be withdrawn and re-awarded to another entrant.
As far as it is lawful to do so we exclude our liability for any losses suffered in connection with the Competition or any element of the Prize.
We may cancel, end or suspend the Competition where we are required to do so in circumstances outside our control. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any stage during the Competition if such amendment is necessary to facilitate the administration of the Competition.
