Igor Tudor has been appointed as Tottenham Hotspur's head coach until the end of the season.

The football club say his appointment, subject to work permit approval, brings a clear vision to elevate performances and drive competitive results in the Premier League.

They've tasked the former Juventus manager with instilling organisation, intensity, and a competitive edge into the squad during this crucial phase of the campaign.

Tudor expressed his commitment, saying, "It is an honour to join this Club at an important moment.

I understand the responsibility I have been handed and my focus is clear. To bring greater consistency to our performances and compete with conviction in every match."

Tottenham's Sporting Director, Johan Lange, praised Tudor's ability to deliver timely improvements, stating, "Igor brings clarity, intensity and experience of stepping into challenging moments and producing impact."

A former Serie A title-winner with Juventus and a former Croatia international, Tudor has a strong track record of enhancing team performance following mid-season appointments.

His career includes successful stints with clubs like Galatasaray, Udinese, Hajduk Split, Hellas Verona, Marseille, and Lazio.

Tudor's recent achievements include guiding Marseille to a third-place finish in Ligue 1 in 2022/23, securing Champions League qualification, and leading Lazio to a strong finish in the 2024 Serie A campaign for Europa League qualification.

Most recently, he helped Juventus reach the Champions League after taking charge in March 2025.
