Just announced – the acclaimed London quintet Ezra Collective have confirmed their fourth studio album ‘Here Because of Hope’ will be out on 18th September 2026 via Partisan Records. The first single is out today titled ‘Only Love’ and features Gambian-British rapper and singer Pa Salieu.

Bandleader Femi Koleoso says this new project has allowed him to further explore his own Gambian roots, saying their music is deeply shaped by diasporic identity, rhythm and storytelling.

A statement from the band says “our fourth offering is a really prominent and beautiful time because it feels like our first records were really Ezra Collective as children, this one really feels like Ezra Collective as adults. There's been so many moments of joy, so many moments of excitement, but at the same time it's impossible not to look at the world and feel deep pain and sadness, and we were really determined to write an album that still sees the prominent importance and final destination being joy

2026 has already been another busy year for the boys; fresh from winning the Jazz FM Award for Outstanding Contribution to British Jazz and the MOBO Award for Best Jazz Act, the group are celebrating 10 years this year since their debut EP ‘Chapter 7’.

Ezra Collective are also the first ever Friday Main Stage Headliners for Love Supreme Festival, curating a whole evening under the banner ‘Temple of Joy’, a celebration of the artists and community that inspire them, bringing together a genre-spanning line-up throughout the day ahead of their own performance.
