Boy, 15, charged with attempted murder after teenager stabbed in Preston

A 15-year-old boy has been charged with attempted murder after another teenager was stabbed in Preston.

The victim, a 15-year-old boy, was found with stab injuries on Ingleton Road, Ribbleton, on Tuesday night (17th March).

His injuries are not thought to be life-threatening.

The suspect was arrested on Friday (20th March) and is currently in custody ahead of a youth court appearance on 24th March.

He cannot be named due to his age.

A 15-year-old girl who was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder has been bailed with conditions as investigations continue.
