Motorcyclist dies after high street crash

A motorcyclist has died following a fatal collision in Herne Bay.

Police was called to the High Street just after 10pm last night where it was reported a car and bike had collided both travelling in the same direction.

A 20 year old man from Canterbury was pronounced deceased at the scene.

Kent police stated:

"Officers from the Serious Collision Investigation Unit are urging anyone who witnessed the incident or saw the vehicles beforehand to call the appeal line on 01622 798538 or email [email protected] quoting reference RS/VS/005/26."
