MK Dons have clinched promotion from League Two to League One with a 3-0 win at home to Tranmere.

Nathaniel Mendez-Laing, Alex Gilbey and Callum Paterson were scorers in a victory the club needed.

The leaders are five points clear of fourth-placed Cambridge with one game to go.

Cambridge will join them in League One if they win at home to Barrow and other results go their way.

MK Dons have posted on social media to mark the moment.
