A man has been arrested after two people were stabbed at a property in Camborne.

Emergency services were called to Reskadinnick Road just after midnight today (Saturday 21st June 2025).

Devon and Cornwall Police say the victims' injuries are not thought to be life-threatening.

They're both continuing to receive treatment in hospital.

A scene guard remains in place and we're told officers will continue to carry out enquiries.

Detective Chief inspector Steve Fleetwood, who is the force senior investigating officer leading the incident, said:

“The incident happened just after midnight inside the address. Two victims received multiple stab wounds and were taken to hospital where they are receiving treatment.

“The suspect is a 20-year-old man who is known to the victims. He was swiftly arrested, and a knife has since been recovered.”

“Although an isolated incident, we appreciate that this will have caused local concern amongst the community. We will continue to be in the area this afternoon and advise anyone with concerns to come up and speak to officers.

“We have one man in custody, and we are not looking for anyone else in connection with the matter.”
