Bristol emergency services tackle house fire after reported lightning strike

Fire crews are at the scene of a house fire in Emersons Green this evening - after it was reportedly struck by lightning.

Videos show the roof of the house engulfed in orange flames and billowing grey smoke, with fire crews using hoses to put them out.

Witnesses living nearby tell us the believe everyone managed to get out safely.
