What is the song about?

According to Billboard.com, Karol G revealed more details about her song on TikTok. In a video which is now muted she said: "There’s a song on the album that’s entirely in English, and I don’t want people to just see it as, ‘Oh, Karol G’s new English song.’ I’ve always been open to making music in other languages—without pressure, as long as it flows and happens organically and naturally—and, well, that song found me. It expressed exactly what I was feeling and how I was feeling it; it was literally perfect for what I was going through, and I listened to it constantly. I tried to overthink it, but it was perfect—I hope it touches many people’s hearts."
