Scarborough have brought in young goalkeeper Alex Walpole on a month’s loan from Huddersfield.

He’s already had spells at Blyth and Ossett, and the Seadogs say they’re looking forward to working with him.

Assistant Manager Michael Ingham said: "Having been on loan at Blyth and Ossett, he’s already had some time in the men’s game at a young age so we are really looking forward to working with him."

Bosses at the Seadogs added: "We are pleased to announce the signing of goalkeeper Alex Walpole on an initial months loan from Huddersfield.

"Thank you to Huddersfield for trusting us with their player.

"Welcome to the Seadogs Alex!"
