Man suffers broken leg after Scarborough assault
A man has since been arrested and bailed

A man in his 30s has been arrested after an assault in Scarborough on two men which left one needing surgery.
North Yorkshire police say the incident happened at around 10pm on Oxford Street on 28th December 2025.
One of the men suffered a broken leg and required surgery.
The suspect has since been bailed as the investigation continues.
