Police appeal after violent incident in York

The occupants of two vehicles attacked each other with weapons during a violent incident in New Earswick, York.

This happened just after 10pm on Sunday on Hawthorn Terrace close to the junction with White Rose Avenue.

North Yorkshire police said "at this stage it is unclear the make and model of the vehicles or the identity of any of those involved."

An appeal for information and have dashcam footage, ring doorbell or any other CCTV footage has been launched.
