North Yorkshire photographer helping firefighters in Ukraine
Ed Matthews is helping to get mental health support for those on the frontline

We're hearing from a York photographer who is in Ukraine - trying to get mental health support to firefighters on the frontline.
The Brave minds programme will offer independent help to staff.
Ed Matthews says he came up with the idea after making a documentary looking at the trauma they're dealing with.
"Ukrainian firefighters are some of the most inspiring people I've ever met because firefighting in general is inherently dangerous and quite traumatic but Ukrainian firefighters are having to do the same job as any other firefighter but are having to do so with the added danger of unexploded ordnance."
"What I wanted to do was take the idea of the Firefighters charity in the UK, which offers independent mental health support and crisis support for British firefighters, I wanted to take that idea and see if we could implement it in Ukraine."
