Scarborough man charged with sexual assault of girl, 14, and outraging public decency

A man from Scarborough has been charged after allegedly exposing himself and sexually touching a 14-year-old girl.

37-year-old Michail Kirilov has been charged with committing an act of outraging public decency and the sexual assault of a 14-year-old girl.

Officers say the reported incident happened on Huntriss Row in Scarborough between 7.30pm and 8pm on Tuesday (3rd February).

He was arrested, charged and remanded in custody today (5th February).

Kirilov pleaded not guilty and will face trial at Scarborough Magistrates' Court on 2nd April 2026.
