Teenager charged after man suffers critical head injuries in Scarborough
A group altercation is believed to have happened
A teenager has been remanded in custody following a serious assault investigation in Scarborough.
19-year-old Leon Upson has been charged with grievous bodily harm with intent and other drugs offences.
A man in his 40s was left in a critical condition after an altercation on a crossroad in Scarborough on Tuesday 30th December.
The victim suffered serious head injuries.
A group were believed to have been involved.
A 34-year-old woman and another 19-year-old man were arrested in connection with the incident.
The woman has been released under investigation, and the man under conditional bail.
