A man and woman who are both in there 40s were arrested and taken into custody.
Sergeant Stuart Henderson, of York’s Neighbourhood Policing Team, said: “People who live and work in Clifton are very clear that drug dealers aren’t welcome there, and I’d like to thank the community for working with us. This has enabled us to execute several warrants in the area and detain a number of suspects.
“We’ll be continuing this work and I’d urge anyone who has information that could help us reduce crime to share it with us so we can act on it.”
