Two arrested for drug supply offences in Knaresborough

Two people have been arrested after officers carried out drugs warrants in Knaresborough today (7th April).

Two warrants were executed at the same time at separate addresses.

Officers found illegal drugs, drugs paraphernalia, phones and a large quantity of cash.

A man in his 20s has been arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of Class A drugs.

A woman in her 40s has also been arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of Class B drugs.

PC Ross Hudson saisd: “Today’s warrants show that we will act on information, work with our partners, and use every power available to disrupt those who seek to profit from vulnerable people.

"We encourage anyone with concerns to report them so we can continue to protect our neighbourhoods.”
