Two Scarborough men charged with conspiracy to supply cocaine and cannabis

Two men from Scarborough have been remanded in custody after appearing before magistrates charged with drug supply offences.

Two men from Scarborough have been charged with conspiracy to supply cocaine and cannabis following a long-running investigation by Scarborough CID.

Joshua Stephen Scott, 33, of Greengate, and Thomas Patrick Edward Howarth, 33, of Trinity Road, appeared at Hull Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday 19 May 2026.

They have both been charged with conspiracy to supply cocaine and cannabis.

They also face an additional charge of acquiring, using or possessing criminal property, namely money.

Both men have been remanded in custody.

They are due to appear at Kingston-upon-Hull Crown Court on Friday 19 June 2026 at 10am for a plea and trial preparation hearing.
