A drug dealer from York who was involved in supplying drugs across the Yorkshire and Humber region has been jailed for over four years.
33-year-old Mahbub Kamali Rahman, of Osbaldwick, has been jailed for four years and nine months after pleading guilty to possession with intent to supply heroin.
In May 2025, officers conducted warrants in York and found drugs suspected to be heroin, MDMA, cannabis and cocaine, along with amounts of cash.
Detective Sergeant Sinéad Brocken, of North Yorkshire Police’s Organised Crime Unit, said: “Mahbub Kamali Rahman has admitted his guilt to being part of a conspiracy to supply Class A drugs in the York area which has links across Yorkshire and Humber region.
“We welcome the significant custodial sentence he has received which reflects the seriousness of his crimes, along with the individual and societal harms associated with such activity."
