Appeal launched after serious crash near Foxholes leaves two in hospital
Police want to hear from anyone with dashcam footage of either vehicle involved
Police are appealing for witnesses and dashcam footage after a serious crash near Foxholes left two drivers in hospital.
It happened at around 8.40pm on Monday 21st September, on the B1249 between Foxholes and Langtoft, near the border with East Yorkshire.
The crash involved a blue Ford Fiesta, driven by an 18-year-old man, which was travelling from the East Yorkshire and Humberside area, and a blue Volvo V50, driven by a 48-year-old man, travelling in the opposite direction.
Both drivers were taken to hospital with serious injuries, where they remain, North Yorkshire Police said.
Officers are appealing to anyone who witnessed the crash, or who saw either vehicle beforehand, to get in touch.
This includes anyone with dashcam footage of either vehicle or of the crash itself.
Police are particularly keen to hear from anyone who saw the blue Ford Fiesta as it travelled through Humberside and East Yorkshire and into North Yorkshire.
