A former member of West Yorkshire Police staff is due in court charged with perverting the course of justice.
43 year old Kasey Howarth, who was based in the Operational Support Team, is due before Leeds Crown Court on Wednesday (September 10).
It's after the wrong driver information was given to police in relation to a speeding offence.
Howarth resigned while under investigation, although a separate probe into alleged misconduct continues.
