Man facing charges over ram raid at Leeds vape shop

A man has been charged following a ram raid at a vape shop in Leeds late last year.

39 year old Andrew Nicholson, of no fixed address, appeared at Leeds Magistrate’s Court on Monday charged with burglary, aggravated vehicle taking, disqualified driving and driving without insurance.

It follows a break-in at a store on Station Road, Horsforth, at 6:50am on December 29.

Nicholson is the second man to be charged in connection with the incident.

He's been remanded into custody and will next appear before Leeds Crown Court on March 10.
