Van driver killed in crash with lorry in South Kirkby
A man in his 30s was pronounced dead at the scene.
A van driver has been killed in a head-on crash with a lorry in South Kirkby.
Police were called around 10pm on Saturday to Hemsworth Road near South Kirkby, to reports a Peugeot Bipper panel van and a heavy goods vehicle had collided.
The driver of the Peugeot, a man in his 30s, was pronounced dead at the scene.
West Yorkshire Police are now trying to trace potential witnesses, or anyone who captured dashcam footage at the time.
