Two more men have been charged in connection with the rioting in Harehills almost exactly a year ago.

Crowds clashed with police, with missiles being thrown and a bus being torched during a night of violence on July 18 and 19.

Catalin Barbu, aged 47, of Bellbrooke Avenue and Razvan Gangal, aged 40, or Harehills Lane will both appear before the morning session of Leeds Magistrates Court tomorrow (July 16).

So far 76 people have been arrested in connection with the violence, with 35 charged.
